Some Republicans in my hometown on Long Island threw tea into the harbour in protest of Obama – because if their party isn’t in power, they’re not being represented, right? Actually, it wasn’t tea – it was a box that said “tea” on it. And the local police had to row out and retrieve it.
Good protest, guys.
Tyrrany (sic)?
As with you, speling is not my strongrest point!
Oops, was laughing so hard I wasn’t paying attention to little details like spelling! Although I suspect the number of errors per words on this website is actually quite low compared to most blogs… I’ll leave it wrong since, well, why not?

Absolutely! It’s nice as it is.

Katie, both Republicans and Democrats indulge in that behavior – I’ve seen quite a few “Not my President” stickers on cars during Bush years, as if putting such a sticker really made Bush not-President – people love their delusions. It’s all very stupid, really, and tells us that so many people don’t have the slightest understanding of the very basic concept of democracy (it doesn’t – and cannot – guarantee that the outcome will be the same as someone’s vote – there will be only one winner), or respect its result. But that’s America for you, where it’s all about me-me-me and an inability to accept reality/what-is.
